2. Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase: You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

• Size/Color Exchange: If you need a different size or color, we’ll exchange it for you.
• Shipping for Exchanges: We cover the shipping costs for exchanges within India.
